NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE OR PAYMENT DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Rules & Regulations

1. Promotion Period: The giveaway begins on [12-06-2025] and ends on [02-06-2025] (the “Promotion Period”), unless extended as described below.

2. Early Termination / Extension for Minimum Entries: The Sponsor reserves the right to keep the giveaway open beyond the stated end date if a minimum of Fifteen Thousand (15,000) eligible entries has not been received by the original end date. In such case, the giveaway will continue until either (a) the minimum number of eligible entries is reached or (b) the Sponsor officially announces the giveaway closed, whichever occurs first. Any extension will be announced on the original giveaway post if available and/or via website.

3. No Purchase Necessary: A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The entry process is listed below.

4. Eligibility: This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island) who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, overseas military installations, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members (whether related or not) are not eligible to win.

By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

If an entrant is not of the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which he/she resides (a “Minor”), the Minor must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in the Promotion. The Sponsor or Promotion Administrator may require proof of consent at any time and in any manner they deem appropriate. The Minor’s parent or legal guardian must agree to all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and confirm this agreement in writing, or the Minor will be disqualified.

If a Minor is selected as a potential winner, the Minor’s parent or legal guardian must sign and return all required documentation, including, where lawful, a Publicity Release, within the time frame specified. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of all rights to the prize(s). If a prize is won by a Minor, it will be awarded in the name of the winner’s parent or legal guardian.

How to Enter

a. No Purchase Entry
During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants can obtain Sweepstakes entries by legible hand-printing, on a 3”x 5” card or paper, their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, email address, and mailing the card in a #10 business-sized envelope, with proper postage affixed, to:

Each mail-in entry received will be worth ten (10) Sweepstakes entries. LIMIT TWENTY (20) MAIL-IN ENTRIES, WHICH IS TWO (2) MAIL-IN CARDS PER PERSON

**NOTE: One Main-in Entry card per envelope. Mail-in entry card and envelope must be hand-printed by the Entrant only. In addition, Entrants are not permitted to use any 3rd party organization to assist with the entry process in any way (as determined by the Sponsor).

Each Envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments of entries will not be accepted. No correspondence will be acknowledged; request for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged.

Photocopies will not be accepted. Mass entries and entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, will be void. All entries become the official property of the Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission will not be deemed proof of receipt of entry by Sponsor.

b. Purchase Entry
To enter into the Sweepstakes, eligible individuals may make a purchase of any item on the website (LoudLoadouts.com) and the purchaser shall receive one (1) entry for each $5 USD spent (excluding tax and shipping) Purchasers will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes. Additional entries may be earned on certain items as advertised on the website.

Winner Selection: Within 7 days after the giveaway officially closes, the Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner from all eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period (including any extension period).

Prizes: One (1) $500.00 USD GrabAGun.com Giftcard (ARV $500.00 USD)

Odds: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Notification & Validation of Winners: Potential winner, at Promotion Sponsors discretion, will be contacted by telephone, email, regular mail or overnight mail, and may be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, a liability release, tax forms, and where lawful, a publicity release within a stated amount of time as a condition to receive any prize.

General Conditions:

**The winner may choose to receive a $500 cash prize instead of the prize package. ($500 Visa Prepaid Card, Via Mail or Email)
**The winner must sign a 1099.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway for any reason. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
